We would recommend using Google Chrome and ensure that it is up to date. You can check if Google Chrome is up to date by clicking the three dots at the top right to open the menu, then hover your mouse icon over ‘Help’ then choose ‘About Google Chrome’. This will show you the version of Google Chrome you are using and if it is not up to date it will automatically start updating.
If this does not work you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. You can do this in Google Chrome by clicking the three dots at the top right to open the menu, then click on settings, you will then need to scroll to the bottom and click on advanced. From here you need to choose clear browsing data, ensure you have ticked the boxes for cache and cookies then hit clear.

When choosing an account type for accessing our training platform, you have two options:
- Personal Account:
- Ideal for individuals who need a single login to complete the training courses.
- Provides access to all necessary training materials and resources for personal use.
- Business Account:
- Designed for administrators who need to manage training for multiple employees.
- Allows one administrator login to assign courses, monitor progress, and manage training from an administration panel.
When shown in the course catalogue, the prices shown are less VAT. VAT will be added on once you add the course to your basket.
